Try adding 1 drop each of Thyme, Lemon and Rosemary to an oil burner. This will help toi create a ‘germ-free zone’ during times of family ills.

Blend 2 drops of Thyme, 3 drops of Geranium and 1 drop of Palmarosa in a teaspoon of Peach Kernel oil. Use as a body massage oil to help you get back on your feet after illness or if you are feeling run-down.

To use essential oils fill an oil burner with water and light a t light underneath. Then drop three to four drops of the oil into the water and wait for the essence to fill the room with a lovely fragrance.

Alternatively, diffuse the essential oils in an electronic oil diffuser. Again, put a few drops in the water in the diffuser.
