ASHTANGA YOGA WITH CHRISTINE
Monday 6pm – 7.30pm & Thursday at 8pm – 9.30pm.
Mixed level classes, not suitable for beginners.
Christine has been teaching yoga since 2011. She returned to Limerick in 2013 to set up her classes. Ashtanga yoga follows a set sequence and is quite a challenging style of yoga. Christine guides her students through the sequence and prioritises the memorising of poses. This helps her students to practice independently over time.

BREATHE & RESTORE WITH KELLY

Kelly from Breathe Better Yoga offers a range of classes focused on relaxation, stress release, and mindfulness. Holding 200hr yoga teacher qualifications and additional certificates as a breathwork facilitator, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra teacher, and Thai Massage practitioner, Kelly brings a wealth of experience to her sessions. Having lived in Vietnam and traveled extensively throughout Southeast Asia, her teaching style is deeply influenced by these serene environments and ancient practices.
VINYASA YOGA WITH JEN
Every Tuesday; 6.30pm – 7.40pm
Vinyasa Flow class is suitable for intermediate students, not beginners. Jens class begins with a short meditation or breathwork before building up slowly into a strong vinyasa flow. The class finishes with deep relaxation. These wonderful sessions aim to improve strength, mobility and flexibility. All while practicing mindfully and connecting with the breath throughout.

YOGA & MEDITATION WITH ANNA
Fridays at 7.30am and 1pm.
Anna is a Yoga, Mindfulness and meditation teacher and with her practice she embarks on a beautiful journey of self-discovery. She holds a 200-hour Progressive Vinyasa certificate from Green Lotus Yoga Ireland and a 50-hour certification in Restorative Yoga from the Yoga and Ayurveda Centre. She has also completed the “Power of Awareness” course with Jack Kornfield PhD and Tara Brach PhD. All levels welcome, mats not provided.

Yin with Tara
Tuesdays 7:45pm
Tara holds a 200hr Vinyasa yoga teacher certificate and has completed a 100hr Yin yoga teacher training with Grace Tempany of ISFYT.
Functional Yin uses static poses held for time to target fascial and connective tissues promoting joint health and flexibility. Taras Yin class offers the practitioner the chance to tune into the body and enhance interoception (sensing internal signals in the body) with the added benefit of improved sleep. This class is suitable for all levels including beginners.
