Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil , Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Peel Oil , Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil , Thymus Mastichina (Thyme) Oil, Ocimum Basilicum (Basil) Oil, Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) Flower Oil , Rose Centifolia Flower Oil .
To create a soothing compress add 4 or 5 drops of Headaid Blend to a bowl of warm or cold water, soak a clean cloth or sterile gauze in the water and apply to the the forehead.
In addition, you can also blend 3 drops in 5ml carrier oil and massage onto temples, equivalent to a 2% dilution.
Place a few drops into water (depending on the diffuser) in one of Absolute Aromas diffusers.
Put a few drops on a tissue and inhale.
Alternatively, add 4 to 5 drops to a bowl of just boiled water, cover your head with a towel and lean over the bowl. Breathe normally for a few minutes; repeat for up to for 10 minutes in total.
In addition, youc can also add a few drops to running bath water for a sumptuous, clearing bath soak.

However, do not use if pregnant or breast feeding. Do not use on children under the age of 2. Do not use on people with epilepsy or fever. Finally, do not use at more than 2% dilution on the skin or mucous membrane areas.
This oil was used in the Middle Ages to drive away evil spirits.

In manufacturing. the oil is steam distilled from the pepper shaped fruits. It is antiseptic, non-irritant and astringent. However, it may irritate the skin or mucous membrane. Importantly, do not use on sensitive or damaged skin.
Oil of May Chang is a comparatively new essential oil to the West. It is steam-distilled from the pepper-shaped fruits (Cubeba) of this tropical tree.
The strong lemon odour of the main constituent (Citral – 75%) dominates and hence the oil resembles Lemongrass, although it has a rounder and more fruity aroma.
