Citrus Tangerina (Tangerine) Peel Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Eucalyptus Radiata Leaf Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Citrus and Denatured Alcohol.
Tangerine has a sweet, light and tangy aroma which soothes stress and tension. Similar to Sweet Orange and Mandarin, it is a wonderful oil to use during pregnancy and can help to prevent stretch marks if used daily. It is also good for the digestive system and for problem skin
Bergamot is strongly antiseptic and uplifting, has a sweet fruity, citrus aroma and is clear in colour. Bergamot is the perfect oil to help lift that Monday-morning feeling any day of the week!
There are hundreds of varieties of Eucalyptus; Radiata has a sweeter, more rounded aroma and is less likely to irritate the skin than the more common Eucalyptus Globulus
Lavender is the most widely used essential oil in aromatherapy, particularly for its relaxing and antiseptic properties. It is a calming and stabilising oil and is good for many ailments such as headaches, muscular aches and pains, skin conditions, PMT and irritability.

Grapefruit has a wonderful uplifting aroma, like many of the citrus oils. It is also cleansing, clarifying and refreshing. Grapefruit promotes a ‘lightness of spirit’ in times of tension and worry.
It is antiseptic, Digestive stimulant, Lymphatic decongestant. However, avoid exposure to direct sunlight and sunbed rays for 12 hours after application.
It is associated with the Solar Plexus & Sacral Chakras.
Grapefruit comes from a cultivated tree that grows up to 10 meters in height. In addition, Grapefruit has a fresh, sweet, clean citrus scent, while the main origins for Grapefruit are Italy, Israel and USA.
If you need a pick-me-up first thing in the morning, try adding 3 drops of Grapefruit, 2 drops of Rosemary and 1 drop of Bergamot, blended in a teaspoon of Sweet Almond oil, to a bath. Alternatively, stir the same essential oils into a dose of unfragranced shower gel.
Finally, to improve the appearance of cellulite, blend 3 drops of Grapefruit and 3 drops of Juniperberry with 15ml of Coconut oil and massage the area vigorously. Always try to work in the direction of the heart.
In a burner or diffuser, Grapefruit blends well with the other citrus oils and herbs such as Rosemary, Clary Sage, Thyme or Lavender

Jasmine Oil comes from Egypt and is extracted from the concrete made from the flowers.
In terms of how the oil helps us physically, it is an analgesic, antispasmodic, an aphrodisiac, calmative and a uterine tonic.
Also, it is non toxic and non irritant in prescribed doses.
In India, Jasmine is referred to as ‘Queen of the night’ due to it’s scent being stronger after sunset.
In addition, we associate Jasmine with the Sacral and Base Chakra and the Chinese Elements Fire and Water
Jasmine Absolute is extracted by alcohol extraction from a ‘concrete’ made with the flowers of the plant, picked by hand, only in the evening. This process is what makes Jasmine so costly. The Jasmine used in this product is 100% pure and natural.

Peppermint has a light, refreshing and a clear minty aroma. This oil is especially good for digestive problems and to refresh a tired mind, hence great for concentration and study.
In the manufacturing it is steam distilled from the leaves of the herb. It is analgesic, antibacterial, anticatarrhal, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, a digestive stimulant and an insect repellent. However, Do not use if pregnant or breast feeding. Do not use on childern under the age of 5.
Avoid using on people with epilepsy, heart disease or fever. Do not use at more than 2% dilution on the skin or mucous membrane areas. Finally do not apply more than 1ml per 24 hours.
Mice and rats dislike the smell of peppermint so sprinkled on runs can act as a useful deterrent.
