Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil. Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) Flower Oil. Boswellia Carterii Oil (Frankincense). Citrus Limonum (Lemon) Peel Oil. Santalum Austrocaledonicum (Sandalwood) Oil. Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Oil. Rose Centifolia Flower Oil. Eugenia Caryophyllus (Clove) Bud Oil. Cananga Odorata (Ylang Ylang) Flower Oil. Styrax Benzoin Gum.Cedrus Deodara (Cedarwood) Bark Oil. Jasminum Officinale (Jasmine) Oil.
For instance, you can dilute up to 8 drops of De-Stress in a carrier oil or bath oil. Stir into warm bath water.
In addition, you can blend a total of 3 to 5 drops in 10ml of carrier oil to make a massage blend suitable for most adults.
Place 6 drops of De-Stress in an Oil Burner or Aroma-Diffuser. As a result you will create a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere.
However, for a simpler solution, you can place a few drops onto a tissue and inhale.

Rosemary Oil 10ml
Rosemary Oil is the classic ‘get up and go’ oil. It has a clear, fresh, herbaceous aroma. It is great used in a diffuser for concentration and study and also good to use in a shower gel to wake you up in the morning. In addition, Rosemary is also great to use in a massage blend for muscular aches and pains.
In manufacturing they steam distill the oil from the sprigs. It is antibacterial, anticatarrhal, antirheumatic, antispasmodic, neurotonic and an expectorant. However, do not use if pregnant or breast feeding. Do not use on children under the age of 2. Do not use on people with epilepsy or fever. Finally, do not use at more than 2% dilution on the skin or mucous membrane areas.
This oil was used in the Middle Ages to drive away evil spirits.

Grapefruit has a wonderful uplifting aroma, like many of the citrus oils. It is also cleansing, clarifying and refreshing. Grapefruit promotes a ‘lightness of spirit’ in times of tension and worry.
It is antiseptic, Digestive stimulant, Lymphatic decongestant. However, avoid exposure to direct sunlight and sunbed rays for 12 hours after application.
It is associated with the Solar Plexus & Sacral Chakras.
Grapefruit comes from a cultivated tree that grows up to 10 meters in height. In addition, Grapefruit has a fresh, sweet, clean citrus scent, while the main origins for Grapefruit are Italy, Israel and USA.
If you need a pick-me-up first thing in the morning, try adding 3 drops of Grapefruit, 2 drops of Rosemary and 1 drop of Bergamot, blended in a teaspoon of Sweet Almond oil, to a bath. Alternatively, stir the same essential oils into a dose of unfragranced shower gel.
Finally, to improve the appearance of cellulite, blend 3 drops of Grapefruit and 3 drops of Juniperberry with 15ml of Coconut oil and massage the area vigorously. Always try to work in the direction of the heart.
In a burner or diffuser, Grapefruit blends well with the other citrus oils and herbs such as Rosemary, Clary Sage, Thyme or Lavender
