A small family business in Rajasthan make this product. You are ensuring people in rural villages have fairly paid work that would have otherwise been difficult to find.
The khadda paper used in the products is handmade using recycled cotton leftover from the massive garment industry in India. A charity in rural Rajasthan make the paper. They promote women’s education and their social standing in the rural villages.
In addition, the leather used for the covers is a byproduct of the meat industry. The manufacturers tan the leather using natural dyes.

On one side it has an image of the body showing the position of the chakras. It also has a quick reference for each Chakra.
The other side has a more detailed explanation with a rainbow colored background.

The Swadisthana Chakra Stearin Candle is a fragranced candle with 3% essential oils. It contains cedar, spruce and rosemary essential oils. The term Swadisthana relates to the 2nd chakra and the candle is coured orange.
Stearin or palm wax is a fully renewable resource. It gives a clean and smokeless candle burn with no black smoke and no waste as it burns to the very end. There is no metal content of lead or zinc and it comes with a pure cotton wick.
These stearin candles are handmade in Indonesia.
By using certified palm oil and durable packing materials, these candles are an environment-friendly product.
As much as possible production of the candles is done by hand. This is a way offering a guaranteed job for as many people as possible. Eighty percent of the employees are female.
The expected burn time is 100 hours.
