Gratitude is when you feel thankful for the good things in your life. This could be stuff people often take for granted, like having a place to live, food, clean water, friends, and family. Gratitude is taking a moment to reflect on how lucky you are when something good happens, whether it’s small or big.
Rosemary Oil 10ml
Rosemary Oil is the classic ‘get up and go’ oil. It has a clear, fresh, herbaceous aroma. It is great used in a diffuser for concentration and study and also good to use in a shower gel to wake you up in the morning. In addition, Rosemary is also great to use in a massage blend for muscular aches and pains.
In manufacturing they steam distill the oil from the sprigs. It is antibacterial, anticatarrhal, antirheumatic, antispasmodic, neurotonic and an expectorant. However, do not use if pregnant or breast feeding. Do not use on children under the age of 2. Do not use on people with epilepsy or fever. Finally, do not use at more than 2% dilution on the skin or mucous membrane areas.
This oil was used in the Middle Ages to drive away evil spirits.

Cinnamon Leaf Oil comes from a bushy evergreen that grows up to 18 meters in height. It has a thick bark with leathery leaves, white berries and small yellow flowers.
It has a high level of Eugenol (80-90%) which may cause skin irritation, especially in baths. As a result it is sold only for use in a burner or diffuser.
Cinnamon has a warming and spicy aroma which blends wonderfully with the citrus oils and other spices such as Clove or Nutmeg. To create the perfect atmosphere over the festive season blend 1 drop of Cinnamon Leaf, 1 drop of Clove Bud and 3 drops of Mandarin in a burner or diffuser.
Lift your spirits if you are feeling under the weather try 1 drop of Cinnamon Leaf, 2 drops of Ylang Ylang and 2 drops of Sweet Orange and use in a diffuser.

Ylang Ylang Oil has a beautiful exotic, heady, floral and sensual aroma. It is great for relaxing and soothing the mind and body and is also a well known aphrodisiac.
In manufacturing they steam distill the oil from the flowers. It is an aphrodisiac, calmative, anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic. In addition ist is non toxic and non irritant in prescribed doses.

May Chang Oil has a wonderful citrus aroma which uplifts, cleanses and tones. It is an excellent room deodoriser and insect repellent.
In manufacturing. the oil is steam distilled from the pepper shaped fruits. It is antiseptic, non-irritant and astringent. However, it may irritate the skin or mucous membrane. Importantly, do not use on sensitive or damaged skin.
Oil of May Chang is a comparatively new essential oil to the West. It is steam-distilled from the pepper-shaped fruits (Cubeba) of this tropical tree.
The strong lemon odour of the main constituent (Citral – 75%) dominates and hence the oil resembles Lemongrass, although it has a rounder and more fruity aroma.
