When we look up at the Moon, we don’t always see the same amount of its surface being lit up. This apparent change in the shape of the Moon is known as its ‘phase’.
The relative positions of the Moon, Sun and Earth are directly responsible for the phases of the Moon.
We only the Moon as a result of light from other objects. This is because the Moon produces no visible light of its own. A small amount of light comes from distant stars and the reflection of light from the Earth (known as Earthshine). However the main source of light for the Moon is the Sun.

May Chang Oil has a wonderful citrus aroma which uplifts, cleanses and tones. It is an excellent room deodoriser and insect repellent.
In manufacturing. the oil is steam distilled from the pepper shaped fruits. It is antiseptic, non-irritant and astringent. However, it may irritate the skin or mucous membrane. Importantly, do not use on sensitive or damaged skin.
Oil of May Chang is a comparatively new essential oil to the West. It is steam-distilled from the pepper-shaped fruits (Cubeba) of this tropical tree.
The strong lemon odour of the main constituent (Citral – 75%) dominates and hence the oil resembles Lemongrass, although it has a rounder and more fruity aroma.

Scotch Pine is said to be the only Pine which survived the Ice Ages; it can survive at – 40C.

Pinus Sylvestris is known as Scotch Pine in English, but as Norway Pine in Scandinavia, it grows all over Europe.
The oil is extensively used for disinfectants, room sprays and other household products. This a fine oil from Siberia, the major producer of pinus sylvestris.

Rosemary Oil 10ml

It is great used in a diffuser for concentration and study and also good to use in a shower gel to wake you up in the morning. In manufacturing they steam distill the oil from the sprigs. It is antibacterial, anticatarrhal, antirheumatic, antispasmodic, neurotonic and an expectorant. However, do not use if pregnant or breast feeding. Do not use on children under the age of 2. Do not use on people with epilepsy or fever. Finally, do not use at more than 2% dilution on the skin or mucous membrane areas.
This oil was used in the Middle Ages to drive away evil spirits.
