Chakras
There are seven major chakras in your body. Moreover, each one governs a specific energy you need to lead a healthy, well-rounded life.
Muladhara – This is the base chakra and is located at the base of the spine. Associated with grounding and the colour red
Svadhishthana – This is the sacral chakras and is located at the Lower Abdomen. Associated with relationships, feelings and emotions and the colour orange.
Manipura – This is the solar plexus chakra and is located at the stomach. Associated with personal Power and knowledge and the colour yellow.
Anahata – This is the heart chakra and is located at the heart. Associated with relationships, love and the colour green.
Visuddha – This is the throat chakra and is located at the throat. Associated with communication, wisdom and the colour blue.
Anja – This is the 3rd eye chakra and is located at the forehead. Associated with intuition, psychic abilities and the colour indigo.
Sahasrara – This is the crown chakra and is located at the crown. Associated with wisdom, inspiration and the colour purple.
