Cinnamomum Camphora (Ho) Wood Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Boswellia Carterii Oil (Frankincense), Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Oil, Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Oil, Rose Centifolia Flower Oil, Vetiveria Zizanoides Root Oil.
You can dilute up to 8 drops in a carrier oil or bath oil and stir into warm bath water.
Alternatively, you can blend a total of 3 to 5 drops in 10ml of carrier oil to make a massage blend suitable for most adults.
You can place 6 drops into an Oil Burner or Aroma-Diffuser to create a pleasant, balancing atmosphere.
However, for a simpler solution, you can place a few drops onto a tissue and inhale.

Thyme Sweet Oil 10ml
Thyme Sweet Oil comes from Spain and is produced by steam-distillation of the leaves and flowering tops.
In terms of how the oil helps us physically, it is antibacterial, anticatarrhal, anti-infectious, a neurotonic, a digestive stimulant and antirheumatic.
Also, it is non toxic and non irritant in prescribed doses.
In addition, we associate Thyme Sweet with the Base and Heart Chakras and the Chinese Elements Water and Metal.

Cinnamon Leaf Oil comes from a bushy evergreen that grows up to 18 meters in height. It has a thick bark with leathery leaves, white berries and small yellow flowers.
It has a high level of Eugenol (80-90%) which may cause skin irritation, especially in baths. As a result it is sold only for use in a burner or diffuser.
Cinnamon has a warming and spicy aroma which blends wonderfully with the citrus oils and other spices such as Clove or Nutmeg. To create the perfect atmosphere over the festive season blend 1 drop of Cinnamon Leaf, 1 drop of Clove Bud and 3 drops of Mandarin in a burner or diffuser.
Lift your spirits if you are feeling under the weather try 1 drop of Cinnamon Leaf, 2 drops of Ylang Ylang and 2 drops of Sweet Orange and use in a diffuser.
