SOMATIC MOVEMENT COURSE
Monday 6.30pm
6 weeks of relaxing floor-based movement classes. Gentle, mindful, slow movement, exploring areas of tension and finding ways to improve it. Sinead is a chartered physiotherapist for over 30 years, specialising in cancer care, respiratory conditions and sports/orthopaedic injuries. She is also a yoga and somatics teacher.

VINYASA YOGA WITH SARA
Monday at 7.45pm (starting end of Jan) & Thursday at 7.45pm – Vinyasa Yoga
Sara Cory has been teaching Vinyasa Yoga, Kettlebells, and Martial Arts for 14+ years. Her yoga classes are both technical and playful. She aims to educate the student to move better in daily life, and hopes they leave class feeling connected, energized, and balanced.

Vinyasa Flow class is suitable for intermediate students, not beginners. Jens class begins with a short meditation or breathwork before building up slowly into a strong vinyasa flow. The class finishes with deep relaxation. These wonderful sessions aim to improve strength, mobility and flexibility. All while practicing mindfully and connecting with the breath throughout. HIP OPENING YOGA WITH TANYA

This all-levels yoga class is designed to release tension, and increase mobility. The hips are a powerful emotional storage centre, often holding onto stress and past experiences. Through mindful movement and breathwork, we will gently open the hips, encouraging both physical and emotional release. There’s a saying “The more open the hips, the happier the person” .
