If you want to learn yoga but not be the only man in the room, this course is for you! Learn how to stretch, breathe and strengthen using yoga poses. 6 weeks starting Monday 12th May. Sinead is a chartered physiotherapist for over 30 years, specialising in cancer care, respiratory conditions and sports/orthopedic injuries. She is also a yoga and somatics teacher.
