Thyme Sweet Oil 10ml

Thyme Sweet Oil comes from Spain and is produced by steam-distillation of the leaves and flowering tops.

In terms of how the oil helps us physically, it is antibacterial, anticatarrhal, anti-infectious, a neurotonic, a digestive stimulant and antirheumatic.

Also, it is non toxic and non irritant in prescribed doses.

In addition, we associate Thyme Sweet with the Base and Heart Chakras and the Chinese Elements Water and Metal.

Try adding 1 drop each of Thyme, Lemon and Rosemary to an oil burner. This will help toi create a 'germ-free zone' during times of family ills.

Blend 2 drops of Thyme, 3 drops of Geranium and 1 drop of Palmarosa in a teaspoon of Peach Kernel oil. Use as a body massage oil to help you get back on your feet after illness or if you are feeling run-down.

To use essential oils fill an oil burner with water and light a t light underneath. Then drop three to four drops of the oil into the water and wait for the essence to fill the room with a lovely fragrance.

Alternatively, diffuse the essential oils in an electronic oil diffuser. Again, put a few drops in the water in the diffuser.
