Pocket Chakra Chime

Woodstock designed the seven stones of the Pocket Chakra Chime in an ascending column. This reflects the seven chakras along the spine in the human body.

Woodstock combined colour and sound to underscore the ancient meaning of the major energy centers of the human body. Eastern Philosophy can often be difficult for the Western scientific mind to assimilate and yet, many of the eastern claims are being proven scientifically as the time-honored truths that they are. According to the traditions, there are seven basic chakras. Also, each Chakra location has a unique meaning, orientation and healing potential. In addition, Woodstock Chakra Chimes are intended to remind us of the strength of mind over matter and, through sound, give us a small window into the balance of the physical and metaphysical.

You can hang wind chimes outside of a building or residence as a visual and aural garden ornament. Since they strike according to the random effects of the wind blowing the chimes, we consider wind chimes an example of chance-based music. The tubes or rods may sound either indistinct pitches, or fairly distinct pitches. Wind chimes that sound fairly distinct pitches can, through the chance movement of air, create simple songs or broken chords.

Feng Shui

When you hang wind chimes inside a building this is usually for Feng Shui. Sound is one way that feng shui practitioners shift the energy of a space. A wind chime can even be used as a space clearing tool to remove negative energy and welcome in new, positive energy.     The Swadisthana Chakra Stearin Candle is a fragranced candle with 3% essential oils. It contains cedar, spruce and rosemary essential oils. The term Swadisthana relates to the 2nd chakra and the candle is coured orange.

    Stearin or palm wax is a fully renewable resource. It gives a clean and smokeless candle burn with no black smoke and no waste as it burns to the very end. There is no metal content of lead or zinc and it comes with a pure cotton wick.
