They hand-tune the chime to a universal, pentatonic scale and it acts in concert with the wind to create random patterns of wonderful sound. Minted on a press originally from the Philadelphia Mint (USA) they are of exceptional quality, with lots of details. They look and feel like proper coins. Each coin is approximately 3 cm (1.25 inch) in diameter. Coins are made of a 260 alloy, consisting of 70% copper and 30% zinc, wih a nickel coating.

Mercury is similar in appearance to the Moon, with lots of craters. Because it is normally not visible due to the glare of the Sun, Mercury can be viewed only in the morning or at twilight.
