In addition, we call those expelled from Heaven fallen angels, as distinct from the heavenly host.
In greek mythology Angelos was a daughter of Zeus and held influence over the world of the dead. When we see angels in art, they are usually shaped like humans of extraordinary beauty. Also, we often see them in Christian artwork with bird wings, halos, and divine light.
