Exploring Meditation

Tracey O’Neill will be facilitating an eight week exploring meditation course with us starting Wednesday 18th September 7 – 8pm and  for 8 consecutive Wednesdays.

The first night’s  meditation will be a heart chakra meditation and each week will feature a different type of meditation including Mindfulness, Kindness, Kundalini, Breath, Self – love, Gratitude and ‘transdental’ meditation. Each week you will receive a guide sheet and affirmation to take home.

The cost for this workshop is €80 in advance.

Tracey  has facilitated over 500 workshops creating  a safe space to manage stress and well-being including workshops that teach how to meditate, using different types of meditation, with a comprehensive hand out guide and inspiration sheet to bring home with you. She uses meditation to overcome stress, trauma and as a tool for grief management, to simply switch off the racing mind. 

Meditation changed her life, she started to meditate after her mother died of cancer, using kundalini light inspired meditation to envisage light when she felt darkness or sad. It is her core tool for life helping her to slow down, relax and enter stillness, calming the mind and soul.

She has studied mindfulness, facilitated weekly meditation workshops, she has a BA Degree, Diploma in nursing, a diploma in meditation,  díploma in holistic teaching and a diploma in life coaching and is also a qualified massage therapist. 

Her core view in life is to be kind and grateful, this is featured in the types of meditation she teaches.
