Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Oil, Abies Balsamea (Balsam Canada) Resin, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Eucalyptus Radiata Leaf Oil, Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Oil, Mentha Viridis (Spearmint) Leaf Oil, Boswellia Carterii Oil (Frankincense), Citrus Limonum (Lemon) Peel Oil.
You can add a few drops of Refresh to an Aroma-Diffuser or an Oil Burner, whatever your preference is.
However, you can also blend 3-5 drops in 10ml of carrier oil and massage onto pulse points (equivalent to a 2% dilution).
Or, when studying, add 2 drops of Refresh to a handkerchief or tissue and inhale occasionally.
You can use a few drops in your morning bath or shower to start the day full of energy!
As with any essentail oils, this oil should not be taken internally. In addition, do not use undiluted on the skin and keep away from children and eyes. If you are pregnant do not use.
