Using a technique called EcoMeditation, developed by Dr. Dawson Church, during Evening Reset: 7 Day Meditation Journey you will be guided though a similar yet different meditation each evening. Bringing in such topics such as Gratitude, Reducing Stress & Anxiety, Building Self-Belief & Confidence, Good Health, Restful Sleep and Manifestation & Abundance.
The idea of doing 7 consecutive evenings is to help you build a regular meditation practice. Meditation helps to boost your health, happiness, social life, self-control, brain function, increases productivity, focus, memory and so much more!
We will discuss how you are progressing each day, so full attendance is highly recommended. Please make sure that you are available to attend day 1 so that you can agree to the safe space agreement. Videos will be sent to the participants after each evening so you can use them repeatedly.
