This practice will be centred around a technique called EcoMeditation, developed by Dr. Dawson Church. He developed this form of meditation specifically for those who struggle to meditate. Read more about EcoMediation below!
Having struggled with other forms of meditation, Janet started practicing EcoMeditation and found it profound, which is why she has developed this course.
During Evening Reset you will be guided though a similar yet different meditation each evening. Bringing in topics such as:
