Hosted by Fiona Barrett

Sunday 12th April | 9:30am – 5:30pm

Investment: €80

Leaving a narcissistic relationship is not the end of the journey, it’s the beginning of coming home to yourself.

This full day Recovery after a Narcissistic Relationship workshop is designed to support you in gently untangling from the trauma bond, rebuilding your sense of self, and reclaiming your confidence, clarity, and inner strength. Through guided discussions, practical tools, and reflective exercises, you will learn how to detach in healthy ways, restore your self-esteem, and reconnect with the parts of you that may have felt silenced or diminished.

Together, we will explore:

• Tools and techniques for healthy emotional detachment • Reclaiming your identity, character, and personal power • Breaking the cycle so you don’t co-create similar dynamics again • Detoxing from patterns and habits that attract low-vibrational behaviour • Creating healthy boundaries that bring freedomnot isolation • Removing protective walls that once kept you safe but now keep you stuck • Learning to trust yourself and strengthen your intuition • Making decisions rooted in your own needs and values

This is about becoming your own hero - showing up for yourself with respect, courage, and compassion.

By the end of the day, you’ll feel more aligned, empowered, and equipped to step forward as a stronger, wiser version of yourself - grounded in self-trust and ready to create healthier, more fulfilling connections.

A supportive and confidential space for healing, growth, and renewal.
