Connecting with Passed Loved Ones

Stacks Image 30

Hosted by Eileen McCourt

Date & Time: Friday 17th April 6.00 - 8.00pm

Location: Upstairs at Angel Times, Limerick

Cost: €30

This gentle and insightful workshop, led by Eileen McCourt, explores what happens beyond this lifetime and how we can continue to feel connected to loved ones who have passed.

Participants will be guided through the natural cycle of birth, death and rebirth, while common fears surrounding passing over are gently released. Eileen addresses long-held myths around punishment, heaven and hell, offering reassurance that energy never dies and that the transition between worlds is a peaceful, natural process.

Through meaningful stories, symbolism and discussion—such as the transformation from caterpillar to butterfly—attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the soul’s journey, the lower astral plane, and how fear or trauma can influence the crossing.

Topics covered include:

• How to support someone as they prepare to pass

• Ways to stay connected with loved ones after they’ve transitioned

• Whether we meet our loved ones again when we pass

• How to move beyond the cycle of reincarnation

The evening includes a guided meditation designed to open the heart to connection. For those who wish, Eileen will also invite in the energy of a particular loved one on a personal, one-to-one basis.

This is a comforting, heart-centred and empowering workshop for anyone seeking reassurance, spiritual understanding or a deeper sense of connection.
