Ascending the 5th Dimension through Merkaba Activation

This transformative workshop, led by Eileen McCourt, explores the path of Spiritual Ascension and the role of the Merkaba in elevating consciousness into the 5th Dimension.

According to ancient teachings, all beings journey through 12 Dimensions of existence. While humans currently live and perceive reality through the 3rd Dimension—limited to length, width and height—it is possible to access the 4th and 5th Dimensions while still in physical form. Dimensions beyond the 5th, however, exist in non-physical realms that cannot be entered while embodied.

The purpose of this lifetime, as understood in many spiritual traditions, is to ascend as fully as possible into the 5th Dimension, ultimately breaking the cycle of reincarnation. This workshop focuses on how to achieve that state while still navigating everyday life on the 3rd Dimension.

Central to the ascension process is the Merkaba—a powerful field of crystalline, geometric Light that surrounds every living being. Extending 55 feet around the body, the Merkaba acts as a Divine Light Vehicle, capable of raising one’s vibration and transporting consciousness to higher realms.

Originating in ancient teachings:

• In Egyptian tradition, the Merkaba was a rotating light that carried spirit and body between worlds

• In Hebrew, it translates as the “Chariot of God”

• In the Bible, it is associated with Elijah’s ascension

The Merkaba is formed from two interlocking tetrahedrons:

• The upward-pointing pyramid (male, solar energy) lifts us toward higher dimensions

• The downward-pointing pyramid (female, earth energy) grounds and stabilises us

Together, they create the Star Tetrahedron, a dynamic and sacred structure that supports healing, balance, vitality and deeper connection with Source.
