Activating the Third Eye Workshop

This illuminating workshop, led by Eileen McCourt, explores the power and purpose of the 3rd Eye—our intuitive centre and gateway to spiritual insight.

We are spiritual beings having a temporary physical experience. While only 5% of our existence is expressed in physical form—accessed through our limited five senses—the remaining 95% is spiritual. Our connection to this vast spiritual reality flows through the chakra system, and at the heart of that system is the 3rd Eye.

Located in the centre of the forehead, the 3rd Eye (the sixth chakra) is actually our first and primary sense, contrary to the common belief that it is a “sixth sense.” It is the centre of intuition, inner knowing, psychic perception and spiritual wisdom—offering a vision far deeper than anything our physical eyes can perceive.

While our two eyes show us the physical world—the illusion—it is the 3rd Eye that reveals the deeper reality.
