Wellness Coaching is a process of creating a Well Life Vision and navigating your way to achieving this vision. This is done by partnering with Gillian, who will support you in assessing where you are at in your life right now, deciding where you want to be and defining the areas you want to start to make changes. Coaching is a powerful form of personal development, focusing on achieving goals by taking actions that you are held accountable for.
When we speak of “wellness” we refer to the 4 pillars of wellbeing; mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Throughout your time working with Gillian, she will help you identify limiting beliefs and support you in developing a healthy mind-set along with making healthy sustainable lifestyle changes in all 4 pillars of your wellbeing.
Gillian strongly believes that it is her purpose to empower others to take back control of their wellbeing, one step at a time.
The introductory session will last approx. 90 mins and costs €120 with a deposit of €20, while each session thereafter costs €90 with a deposit of €20 and lasts approx. 60 mins. Three sessions can also be booked upfront for €250.
